Being anyone who has asked me this question you may all already know that i'm very strict when it comes to staff. Due to a recent event that has become an even stronger matter. I am not interested in how good you are in the area of your application if you lack the ability to be professional and choose to abuse your position. I have fired before and will not hesitate to fire at any point. I'm not a very stuck up person if anyone might think, But if i have time to have fun and be serious so do all of you, Thank you.
